So I happen to be someone who nearly "abhors" the mall and all it's finding, especially the mall which is closely located to me however I was presently surprised as I passed the new concept Forever 21 store in my local mall. Believe it or not, it was enough to stop my power walk in mid stride. The freshly opened store seemed to glow, as it perched all it bright lighting, loud music, and all the shiny new clothes. Alas if you're well over 21 (ahem) you may feel just a wee bit shy about shopping at a store known for it rock bottom prices and highly imported threads. You may feel a little even more out of place if you happen to have a niece (ahem) who actually does fit this stores target market perfectly. Imagine showing up to the next family function in the same dress as your 15 year old niece? This is most certainly a "no no". I peruse around and of course the former fashion merchandiser in me is going all concept crazy. "This is urban girl, she's bohemian, oh look it looks like they are doing bohem..." and just as my eyes scan what I'm sure is the glam room I see it... an entire room devoted to accessories! "Yes!" I relinquish "This is my territory!"
